Novels

This is a yet to be published novel in the B. B. Rivers mystery series.  I like to call it my 4th of the Trilogy.  In this one, our lovable hero, hired by his best pal Maximus Culpepper, heads to Costa Rica to look for Auntie Loo.  Last seen, she was off to Central America for a meditation & yoga retreat with her guru at his asana overlooking Mount Arenal in the Costarican Highlands.  It's been two weeks since Max has heard from her, and he's worried.

Setting is in Austin (of course), Costa Rica & Cuba.

Screenplays

• Hippie Hollow - Adapted from the highly acclaimed book, I found I had to cut, cut, cut, scenes, characters, to get it down to a reasonable 113 minutes on screen.  Writing for the movies is a whole different animal, but I visualized the novel as I wrote it, so I had a leg up on that one.
   

• Harley & Dog - Harley is a 75 year old meter reader forced to retire from the township.  With lots of energy still, he spends his days picking up litter and reading books in his Airstream trailer.  When two young girls disappear, it's Harley & Dog to the rescue.  FYI - Harley is his pet raccoon.  It's a movie for all ages.
